OUTSIDERZ FC not only plays competitive soccer, but also gives it back to the community.

Team Manager David Murillo not only coaches OUTSIDERZ FC, but also helps around the community, along with a few other members of the team. David volunteers as a coach for Milpitas Police Activities League (MPAL) which is a recreational soccer league for players that do not have any soccer experiences.

For the past 8 years, he has been given back to the community helping young kids, who have no soccer experience, to develop their soccer skills, and motivating them to do better in school using soccer techniques and real life scenarios. Some of those players started playing with him since the age of 10, a number of them have little to no experience, while others know a few of the basic techniques of soccer and he has been able to improve their skills. Some of those players have taken on the challenge to play in High School and in higher competitive leagues such as North Valley Youth Soccer League, CYSA, and the older kids have joined OUTSIDERZ FC as well.

Every year, new players come out and sign up to play with him, and who would not blame them for doing it. Coach David has achieved back to back championship titles with the kids, on two occasions he coached two teams in a same season, an U12-Boys team and a U17-Boys team, coach David ended up getting titles with both team. OUTSIDERZ FC is happy of the work it does around the community, the smile and joy of kids being proud of what they have accomplished is enough for David to keep coming back and volunteering for Milpitas PAL Soccer.
